The walnuts are in
Two sunny weeks and the trees behind the house were full. Anyone arriving in October will find a jar of fresh walnuts on the table.
The walnut trees stand behind the enclosed garden, along the path to the meadows. The harvest takes us about a week: shaking, gathering, drying in the loft. Ask us for a bucket if you would like to look yourself, there is always plenty left.
